Kefir Water
Ingredients
Filtered water, sugar for fermenting*, lemon, water kefir grains. All ingredients sieved before bottling.
*almost all of the sugar is used by the grains in the fermentation process, so the drink is naturally low in sugar.
Instructions
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Use within a month of bottled date.
- Do not shake and open bottles with care as the product can be very fizzy.
- Water kefir is naturally fermented so may contain ver small traces of alcohol.
- Any sediment in the bottle is completely natural.
- Start with a small glass on the first day and increase consumption gradually. If your gut bacteria is imbalanced it may not like too much in one go!
